ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 312/2013 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 328, 304(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He has further submitted that the petitioner was living separately from daughter-in-law and has no concern with the present case. Considering the fact that the petitioner is an old lady and there is no specific allegation against her, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43733 of 2014 (3) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 within two weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur P.S.Case No. 312/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
