2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Recovery is of 380.16 litres of illicit liquor from a pick-up van.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of two criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.06.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63191 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 furnish bail bond after five months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
