The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 208 of 2018 dated 18.06.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been alleged in the FIR that on demand of the informant of getting his wall repaired which had got damaged because of the same being hit by the vehicle of the contractor, he was manhandled. On the orders of Munna Kumar, the informant was assaulted by the petitioners leading to injuries on his person. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59072 of 2018(4) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 has drawn the attention of this court to the injury report of the informant which discloses that he has received superficial/simple injuries. There is a counter version of the occurrence as well vide Bairiya P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018 in which the petitioners also have received injuries. Regard being had to the aforesaid injuries, the nature of accusation and that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 208 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
