The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 registered under Sections 409, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Manimala Kumari has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 52427 of 2018 on 10.09.2018 with direction to deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- in the court below, which shall be subject to final outcome of the case. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on similar terms, in the event of arrest or surrender before the
