Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sirdala P.S.Case No.223 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act..

As per FIR, the police on secret information raided and recovered some country-made liquor and it is said that the petitioner was seen fleeing away.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no source of identification of the petitioner mentioned in the FIR as to who disclosed the name of the petitioner . Heard learned A.P.P. , who could not controvert the above fact and submitted that except the statement of police

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the4 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ II cum Special court, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S.Case No.223 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
