That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing to the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.20236 of 2021(2) dt.13-10-2022 2/3 authorities to pay to the petitioner differential amount leave encashment from the date of initial appointment made in the erstwhile Bihar State Agriculture Marketing Board, Patna till his retirement from the State Government service i.e. Agriculture Department along with interest deducting payment already made by Bihar State Agriculture Marketing Board, (dissolved) Patna. And for the others necessary relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Secretary, Agriculture Department, New Secretariat, Government of Bihar, Patna i.e. the Respondent No. 2 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, especially in light of the order dated 7.9.2020, passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 3416 of 2020. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.20236 of 2021(2) dt.13-10-2022 3/3 before the Respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
