JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) To issue an appropriate order(s)/direction(s) including a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing an order vide Anganwari Appeal No. 03 of 2021 dated 18.05.2023 passed by the learned court of Collector and District Magistrate, Lakhisarai whereby and whereunder the petitioner's appointment was set aside.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
