In view of the submission aforesaid, this appeal is closed as having withdrawn, with a liberty to the appellant to
Patna High Court LPA No.1517 of 2015 (3) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, Purnea. If he does so within a period of one month from today, the Tribunal shall dispose it of as expeditiously as possible and definitely within a period of six months from the date of filing of such application.
