The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that three unknown miscreants on the point of pistol snatched the motorcycle and mobile from the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.
