Patna High Court CWJC No.17633 of 2016 dt.18-04-2017 Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Barh, Patna and a prayer has been made that this Court should give direction to the aforesaid respondent no.4 to dispose of the same as the aforesaid representation is pending before him.
In that view of the matter, let the respondent no.4, the Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Barh, Patna dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner by passing a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
