The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.506 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

The allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is to have committed murder of father of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that it appears from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64288 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 postmortem report that the deceased has received only one gunshot injury, which does not corroborate with the allegation attributed in the FIR. It is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer of bail of the petitioner. 6.

In view of the submissions, as made above and nature of allegation and there is specific allegation against this petitioner as regarding to cause firearms injury and as the petitioner absconding from trial, where, the trial against other co-accused persons is under progress, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, at present.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
