The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No. 433/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he intercepted a pick-up van bearing registration no. BR 01GD 6539 loaded with iron rod, pieces of rail track and other articles.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner of the pick-up van and the said scrap material was purchased by Sri jai Nath Rai from one Rakesh Kumar, who had demolished the house.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19885 of 2017 (4) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 433/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
