JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant gave Rs.1400/- to petitioner being Revenue Clerk and co-accused Nagina Ram for getting the mutation of land done in his favour but the mutation could not be done.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that the payment was made to the petitioner.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of

No.38503 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No.23 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
