Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was caught with stolen bicycle just after the alleged occurrence for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 24.8.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Triveniganj P.S.
