The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 102/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is land dispute and also taking into consideration the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No. 102/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
