The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120(B), 467, 468 and 471/34 of the I.P.C. The prosecution case as per the Block Education Officer, Roh, Nawada submitted to the S.H.O., Roh P.S. is to the effect that District Programme Officer, Nawada vide letter dated 09.01.2018 informed the Block Education Officer, Roh, Nawada that enquiry was conducted by a committee, with regard to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56233 of 2018(3) dt.04-01-2019 2/3 qualifying certificates of the teachers appointed in the district of Nawada wherein educational certificates of 69 teachers were found forged. One of the teacher's name was Sabita Kumari, who was working as a teacher in Primary School, Rajabigha, but her photographs and details could not be tallied during enquiry. As a result, she escaped from the enquiry proceeding. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's name is Reena Verma and not Sabita Kumari and she has never claimed to have been appointed as a teacher in Primary School, Rajabigha nor has she received any salary thereof. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.
Learned APP after going through the case diary submits that the petitioner is working on the post of teacher on the basis of forged educational certificates. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she did not gain anything by virtue of the alleged appointment, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below with a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
