This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Forbesganj P.S. Case N0. 424 of 20197, disclosing offences under Sections 399,402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-b)a,26,35 of the Arms Act as well as Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence alleged in the First Information Report and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as disclosed in paragraph 3 of the application, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail.

This application is rejected.

However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail
