The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made omnibus and general allegation that his daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner being lady is in jail since 30.01.2015 i.e. for seven months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.
