Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68265 of 2021(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/3 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, some altercation took place between the parties since the goats of the petitioner Md. Sarfaraj, started eating rice of the informant's uncle. The allegation is that the accused persons assaulted the informant and his children with stick, garansa etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are co-villagers. There is case and counter case and good sense prevailed between the parties and they have compromised the cases pending between them. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Iind Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
