2. Mr. Ashhar Mustafa, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present application, process under Section 82 of the Cr.PC was issued, compelling the petitioner to approach before this court in Cr. Misc. 71982 of 2024.

3. The learned Co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 07.10.2024 has been pleased to stay the further proceeding of the concerned Court below in connection with the present case. Hence, he fairly submits that in view of the aforesaid facts, now the petitioner has no apprehension of his arrest.

4. Learned Advocate for the State as well as the informant are present.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact taking note of the order passed by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.71982 of 2024, the present application stands disposed of having become infructuous. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court after the final disposal of Cr. Misc. No. 71982 of 2024, if warranted.

6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed off.
