JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-07-2015 If the petitioner can persuade the State Government to meet the infirmities or shortfalls pointed out in paragraph 5 of the impugned order contained in Annexure- 20, dated 30.12.2009, then there may be an occasion for the Central Government to consider the claim of the late husband of the present petitioner for grant of freedom fighter pension. In absence of the shortcomings so noticed, no infirmity with the impugned order contained in Annexure- 20 dated 30.12.2009 can be pleaded or found.
