The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner besides mobile and other articles. The petitioner is in jail since 27.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five and half months and he has got no criminal antecedent except Motihari Town P.S. case No. 200 of 2015 and at the instance of the informant of the aforesaid case the present case is lodged. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38938 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Town Motihari P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015.
