Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 31423 of 2019, which was rejected vide order dated 09.07.2019 (Annexure-1) with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in this case on 25.07.2019 as is evident from Annexure-3. Petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56570 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019.
