JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 376, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is mainly against one Md. Shahnawaj, who established physical relationship with the informant on the promise of marriage but later on, he denied. It is also alleged that he took Rs. 2,10,000/- from the parents of the informant. Present petitioners are family members of Md. Shahnawaj. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in the present case. Petitioners no. 2 and 3 are ladies. The main allegation is against Md. Shahwanaj.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39667 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2 / 2 above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case no. 224 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
