2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Silaw P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant alleges that petitioner secured appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged marksheet and certificate of B.E.T.E.T.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has already extended her resignation and to that effect the resignation letter has been brought on record which has been sent by post to the District

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62403 of 2022(2) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 Education Officer, Nalanda. Learned counsel further submits that other similarly situated have already been granted anticipatory bail. Petitioner has brought on record the bail order with respect to one Pankaj Kumar who has been released on anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56657 of 2022.

5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nalanda in connection with Silaw P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
