The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bela P. S. Case No. 145 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the alleged victim, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) kanchan/- U T
