From the counter affidavit filed by the respondents and the averments made from para 6 onwards, it is seen that orders passed by the competent authority for removal of encroachment, the encroachments are said to have been removed.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17489 of 2016 dt.25-07-2017 2/2 Keeping in view the counter affidavit filed today by the respondents, no further action is required to be taken into the matter. In case, petitioner has any grievance still subsisting, he is granted liberty to file appropriate application before the Circle Officer under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and the authority to proceed into the matter.
With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
