Apprehending her arrest in connection with Andhra Tharhi P.S. Case No. 108 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273 and Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016, the petitioner has filed the present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of pre-arrest bail.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought leave to withdraw the present application in order to surrender before the court below and seek bail in the light

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32724 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2 / 2 of the observations and directions made in the order dated 07.07.2017 passed by this Court in the matter of Ashok Sahani Vs. State of Bihar (Cr. Misc. No. 26109 of 2017). Leave is granted.
