2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 (B), 379, 504, 506 / 34 of the IPC.

3. The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim with a sharp edged weapon and is in jail since 18.04.2024. The injuries which has been found is caused by hard and blunt substance.

4. The learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60689 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024.
