The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation for donating the lands for establishment of Central School. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the Chairman, Bihar

Of course the object for request to donate the lands for establishment of Central School is very good and it is expected that the Bihar State Religious Trust Board would take decisions on the petition of the petitioner within a reasonable time.
