At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the issue under consideration is pending adjudication before the Hon'ble Apex Court, the present writ petition be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, in case the issue under consideration is ultimately decided in favour of the petitioner. Liberty so sought is granted.
