The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.94 of 2010 registered under Sections 448, 354, 341, 323, 380 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty and the petitioner also bite the informant in her abdomen. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is of unsound mind, but it appears that the case was lodged in the year 2010 but the petitioner moved for anticipatory bail only after nine years of the occurrence. Having considered the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to
