JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 30, 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased. The ferdbeyan of informant as well as impugned order goes to show that it was father in law of the deceased who shot fire on her. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is stated that she used to torture the deceased. Moreover, the present case has not been lodged under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
