JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 4/ 11-07-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence in the Cause Title of the instant application, name of the P.S. has been mentioned as „Wazirganj‟, whereas, it should have been "Muffasil" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 07.07.2017, by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction with regard to name of P.S. in the Cause Title of the instant application. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, Cause Title of the order dated 07.07.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „P.S.- Wazirganj‟, it should be read as "P.S.-Muffasil".
