The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahayak K. Hat P.S. Case No.359 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he outraged the modesty of the informant in full public view, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being
