The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2023 in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 276 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Two cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics. He further submits that no arms have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and only two cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

No.64476 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 276 of 2023 .
