The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 47(a) (e) of the Excise Act. The police has recovered one liter of liquor from the possession of the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case including the volume of liquor, let petitioner, Gulab Dhangad, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with
