Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sono (Charkha Pathar) P.S.Case No.89 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be married Nanad of the deceased.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the marriage was solemnized 21 years ago and she has a son also aged about 20 years and the allegation is general in nature. As a matter of fact the informant also appeared at the time of cremation and thereafter the present case has been filed and the husband of the petitioner has been released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61980 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7001/19. Further submission is that she is residing separately from the deceased and her husband.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist, Jamui in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S.case No.89 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further she will cooperate in the investigaiton. With the above direction, this application is allowed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) chn/- U T
