2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) / 34 of the IPC.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The allegation is that because of demand of dowry he has killed his newly wedded wife. The marriage was solemnized three years back.
4. During investigation one independent witness Veena Devi has stated that the petitioner and the deceased use to fight a lot and on the date of occurrence they have fought again and thereafter the deceased committed suicide. The petitioner is in jail since 29.01.2024.

Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP appearing for the State opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner and the deceased were in their house and since the deceased died in the house, it is for the petitioner to explain the circumstances of the case.
6. Considering the period of custody, the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Raja Sah 1st Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
