2. The petitioner is filed with present writ petition with the following relief :- "a. To direct the respondents to make payment of salary and also arrear of salary which is due from July 2009 to February 2010, 23.08.2010 to 20.10.2010, February 2013 to January 2014, 01.05.2022 to 23.05.2022(of strike period), 24.05.2022 to 28.01.2025, and June 2025, which has been dues, due to office of the DPRO, Khagaria.

b. To direct the respondent authority to punish the erring person/ employee who had seat tight over the urgent matter of salary, which is fundamental right of the employees granted under constitution of India.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a series of representation before District Magistrate, Khagaria, but no decision has been taken on the same till date.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that those representations were filed in the year 2025. Therefore, a fix time may be framed in this matter.

In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off, directing to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Khagaria, (Respondent No. 3) indicating the order of punishment passed by the District Magistrate, Khagaria Vide Memo No.174 dated 25-01-2025, which has been imposed against him, within 30 days from today along with this order and the Respondent No. 3 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days thereafter.
