The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case no. 06 of 2016, registered under Sections 467, 468, 409 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant Brahamdeo Mishra came to know that under the scheme of Indira Awas Yojana in the financial year 2013-14 the benefit was given to his wife Fulo Devi. On enquiry, he also came to know that Basant Sah @ Nunu, who is doing the work of broker in the bank under the conspiracy of Vijay Kumar Jha, Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Madhepur Branch managed to opened the account in the name of Fulo Devi by putting the forged signature and withdrew cash of Rs. 50,000/-. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjhapur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
