JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Six liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of this petitioner. Son of the petitioner is also an accused in this case. Petitioner is a female.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57904 of 2018(4) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Basopatti P.S.Case No.127 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
