2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, preferably in the nature of certiorari for quashing/setting aside the order dated 26.06.2025 passed by the Additional Collectorcum-District Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Gaya (Respondent No.3) who wrongly, illegally, arbitrarily and without applying his judicious mind ordered to cancel the Demand of Khata No.2 Plot No.312 upon which the petitioners'

have peaceful possessions being their purchased lands, but he passed the order beyond his jurisdiction and without considering the legal

And/or any other order/orders for granting any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the competent authority/court for the redressal of the grievance.
