The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barauni P.S. Case No. 122/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 427 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he got information that one person died in a motor accident near Pipra Patel Chowk, Barauni and the mob became furious. Mob set ablaze the vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner disclosed by the Chowkidar. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. On account of accident the villagers became furious and blocked the road. Similarly situated coaccused Jawahar Yadav and Subodh Yadav have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 19.05.2016 passed in Cr.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45614 of 2016 (2) dt.24-11-2016 2/2 Misc. 20768/2016.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 122/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
