The appellant has challenged final form submitted after investigation of the case vide final report bearing no. 30 of 2018 in connection with Inarwa (West Champaran) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2017.

An appeal is not maintainable against the police report, unless some order of the court in pursuance of that report is there. Appellant is at liberty to pursue legal remedy available with him against submission of final report.

With the aforesaid observation, this appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
