The petitioners seek bail in Sathi P.S. Case No. 108/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act and different Sections of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. From the possession of the petitioners 50 litres each sprit and wrapper of plastic and 100 pouches each country made liquor each containing 200 ml. were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioners are in jail since 30.06.2015. Petitioners have already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41081 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Sudhanshu, Judicial Magistrate 1s tClass, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 108/2015.
