1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) To quash the order dated:- 12.09.2022 passed by the Learned Court of the Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur vide Misc. (Aganwadi Revision No. 53 /2020-21) by which Learned Court of Commissioner has reversed the order of District Programme Officer, Bhagalpur Which is in favour of Petitioner,meaning while direction was made to appoint the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi Sewika but learned court of commissioner,Bhagalpur has Dismissed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12783 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 The revision case of Juli Devi and finally Disposed of the case of direction to appoint the aforesaid post a fresh after cancelling the appointment of Juli Devi and petitioner both.

(II) To further command and direct the respondent after quashing the aforesaid order of the Learned court of commissioner with regard to appointment of Anganbadi sewika center no 237,Block:- Pirpaiti,Panchayat Srimatpur,Gopalichawk, Ward no 03 at the district:- Bhagalpur to appoint the petitioner at the said post as per the order of District program officer Bhagalpur."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
