The report of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-III, Kishanganj dt. 04.03.2023.2023 suggests that trial shall be concluded within a period of six months.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within stipulated period of time failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
