Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with other accused persons killed the daughter of informant for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.1 is brother-in-law of the deceased and petitioner No.2 is father-in-law of the deceased and they are separate from the deceased in mess and property. There is no

There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioner and thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and is are custody since 10.08.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there was illicit relation between wife of petitioner No.1 and husband of the deceased and deceased saw them in compromising position and on account of that these petitioners along with other accused persons committed the murder of the deceased. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st class, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad PS case No. 29/2021.
