Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner who does have criminal antecedent but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation co-accused Prince Kumar @ Baua Jee has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 27.9.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 34081/2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kishore, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in Phulwaria P.S.
